Czifray István Restaurant

The restaurant of the Hungarikum Hotel****superior, named after István Czifray, one of the greatest gastronomic figures in Hungarian history, opened in September 2022. The restaurant uses locally produced ingredients, vegetables grown in the Hungarikum Liget's Eco-Garden and home-made products from the Vegetable Processing Plant to bring the colourful flavours of the Carpathian Basin and the traditional national dishes of Hungarian cuisine to the guests' plates. Using his 21st century kitchen technology and high level of knowledge, the dishes become even more magnificent. Top gastronomy machines serve the satisfaction of the guests.

The restaurant offers guests the opportunity to dine a la carte every day from 12.00 to 17.00 in addition to the guests' buffet meals.
